At KVLShop.com, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality physical books. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility:

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
2. The book must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
3. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in resalable condition will not be accepted.
4. Returns will not be accepted for:
   • Change of mind after purchase.
   • Accidental purchases.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at yendluriprabhudass@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
